Our Remote Access Service allows us to quickly resolve minor software related issues and training from a remote location. As long as the computer has access to the Internet and is operational, we can identify and resolve most system issues from configuring emails to troubleshooting software issues and tuning the operating system.
Our Emergency Service is a priority 24hour Service that includes all of the benefits of our regular services and solutions but is reserved for critical issues that is preventing a business from operating or a residential user who has lost critical files or has an assignment due the next day but their computer has failed. Note: Because this is a priority service, it does attract a call out fee to prevent any abuse of the service.
Our maintenance plans include remote monitoring of your equipment as well as discounted rates for hardware and additional services.
